FAGJAZZ was created for queer musicians/artists to connect, collaborate, and support each other outside of cisheteronormative spaces. The first release, The Strayhorn Sessions Vol. 1, celebrates the life and music of one the most cherished queer ancestors: Billy Strayhorn. Beyond the record label FAGJAZZ RECORDS and the FAGJAZZ ensemble, FAGJAZZ also hosts regular showcases, jams, workshops, and community hangs. The goal of the collective is to uphold the long-standing tradition of queer folks coming together to foster community and make great art. Band Lineup: TBA
