Minneapolis-based guitarist and composer Cody Steinmann brings a fearless, high-voltage sound to Black Cat: technically sharp, emotionally direct, and built for listeners who like their jazz with edge.

Steinmann has worked with artists including Ben Williams, JD Allen, Anthony Fung, Chris Bates, and JT Bates. His recent album Confined Spaces shows a sound rooted in jazz tradition, with a heavier, more explosive edge.
